The constituents of Sta. Rosa were not duped by 50-year-old gangster Alipon's ridiculous teenage image on campaign tarpaulins. They laughed at the phony computer artwork and booted this evil corrupt adulterous thug out of City Hall.
HALALAN 2010: Hotspot Santa Rosa, CORRUPT ALIPON BOOTED OUT
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE
GOOD PEOPLE OF STA. ROSA

ON VOTING ARNEL GOMEZ

OUR NEW CITY VICE MAYOR
AND BOOTING OUT
THE CORRUPT OLD ONE

Manuel Manoy Alipon, referred to throughout Laguna as
"the most hypocritical and corrupt vice mayor in Santa Rosa's history".
The city of Santa Rosa in the 1st District of Laguna province is less than 1 hour's drive from Manila when traffic is light on the South Luzon Expressway and up to 3 hours or more when traffic is heavy. It is surrounded by thriving international industrial areas such as Laguna Technopark and by the rapidly developing new exciting cities-in-the-making such as Eton City, South Forbes Golf City, Nuvali and Greenfield City.
As a result, Santa Rosa Laguna now enjoys enormous public revenues which continuously attract more and more ambitious residents into local politics. Some of them are honest with genuine aspirations to improve our city for everyone, whilst others like Manuel Manoy Alipon have proved to be utterly ruthless in their corrupt ambitions to acquire personal wealth that public office can bring them.
Traveling around with a private battalion of armed thugs is the norm, and murder of opponents by hired assassins is the evil corrupt shortcut to political power.
In a country where political corruption is accepted, the most successful corrupt politicians are rich and powerful. But two further requirements have always been essential to achieving, maintaining and increasing such dubious success. These two requirements are self discipline and political intelligence.
Both are missing in the character of Manuel Manoy Alipon. He is totally incapable of keeping his decadent greed and immorality under control. This is destructive to his family, relatives, cronies and any other supporters, as well as to all the voters of Sta. Rosa. This explains his failure in the 2010 Election, and it also proves that he is unsuited to any future role in local or national politics.

Manuel Manoy Alipon, described by voters as
"called by Satan to deceive and rob the people of Santa Rosa City".
In the 3 years since allegedly falsifying election results Manuel Manoy Alipon has been universally criticized for abuse of public office and for bringing the lowest forms of decadence and dishonor to City Hall. He has built up not only ill-gotten gains but a deserved reputation for savagely unscrupulous grafts, corruptions, extortions and obscene immoralities. It is no surprise to local voters that Alipon has allegedly hired assassins to kill off some of his opponents in the past, and is currently accused of now issuing undercover death threats to several others.
Worse yet, Alipon is rumored to have conceived a heinous plot to stir up violence between mayoral bets in order to secure an opportunity for himself to take over without election if he is the vice mayor when the next mayor is murdered, and to divert suspicions away from himself when he is the one who hires the assassins.

Manuel Manoy Alipon, whose 2010 campaign publicity has
"sparked local hilarity and ridicule by presenting him as a teenager".
Voters who love Santa Rosa and want a better future here for themselves and their children used their voter power on May 10 to junk Manuel Manoy Alipon to the hellfire and damnation that his evil immoralities deserve.
Thousands of people whose votes he bought for a few pesos or who were misled by his false publicity have now seen for themselves the evidence of adulteries, lies, armed robberies, betrayals, blasphemies, corruptions, frauds, grafts, misappropriations, murders, plunders and thefts that have plagued barangay Balibago and Santa Rosa City since Manuel Manoy Alipon entered local politics. Voters and local businesses can now keep him crawling in the filth and stink of rat and cockroach infested sewerage and the poisonous choking air pollution of traffic-congested Balibago that Alipon made far worse by stealing the public funds allocated to clean them up.
Join the backlash against Manuel Manoy Alipon, and tell all your relatives and friends to do the same. With the help of honest honorable politicians such as Arnel DC Gomez we can create a city to be proud of.

ARNEL DC GOMEZ
"National and regional results of the the 2010 elections mean a GOD-driven fresh start for our country and a GOD-driven fresh start for our city. Our time has surely come, and it has come to stay. Let all the wonderful people of Santa Rosa embrace this double blessing and double opportunity that GOD has brought to us. HE has now placed our future in our own hands. Let us all move onward and upward together to make it the best future that we could ever dream of or wish for. Let our children and grandchildren rejoice with us, because they will be the beneficiaries of our great and lasting achievement."
- Voter Power
So where can we start our fresh start? How do we begin to create a better future for everyone? The first answer is to transform Philippine education from the bottom up and to make it affordable, appealing and available to adults as well as to kids even in the remotest provinces.
"Three things kept coming up for every problem: corruption, weak institutions and the people who run them -- the leaders. Well, where are these leaders coming from? What is it that produces leaders that are unethical or unable to solve problems? I went to look at what was happening in our educational system. And it was the same -- learning by rote -- from elementary school through graduate school. So I decided to engage this particular problem. Because it seems to me that every society must be very intentional about how it trains its leaders. So we're now trying to train leaders of exceptional integrity, who have the ability to confront the complex problems, ask the right questions, and come up with workable solutions. I'll admit that there are times when it seems like 'Mission Impossible'. But we must believe that these kids are smart. That if we involve them in their education, if we have them discuss the real issues that they confront -- that our whole society confronts -- and if we give them skills that enable them to engage the real world, that magic will happen."
- Patrick Awuah
"We have to go from what is essentially an industrial model of education, a manufacturing model, which is based on linearity and conformity and batching people. We have to move to a model that is based more on principles of agriculture. We have to recognize that human flourishing is not a mechanical process, it's an organic process. And you cannot predict the outcome of human development; all you can do, like a farmer, is create the conditions under which they will begin to flourish. So when we look at reforming education and transforming it, it isn't like cloning a system. There are many great models. It's about customizing to your circumstances, and personalizing education to the people you're actually teaching. And doing that, I think is the answer to the future because it's not about scaling a new solution; it's about creating a movement in education in which people develop their own solutions with external support."
- Ken Robinson
"Radical innovation often comes from places where you have huge need, unmet, latent demand and not enough resources for traditional solutions to work. When you go to places like this what you see is that education in these settings works by pull, not push. Most of our education is push. When we get to school, things are pushed at us, knowledge, exams, systems, timetables, but they need to start education from things that make a difference to them in their settings. What does that? Well, the key is motivation. Waiting 10 years for the payoff from education is too long when you need to meet daily needs, when you've got siblings to look after or a business to help with. So you need education to be relevant and help people to make a living there and then. Sebastiao Rocha in Brazil has invented more than 200 games to teach virtually any subject under the sun. In schools and communities the day always starts in a circle and always starts from a question. Imagine an education system that started from questions, not from knowledge to be imparted, or started from a game, not from a lesson, or started from the premise that you have to engage people first before you can possibly teach them. And they all treat learning, not as some sort of academic, analytical activity, but as something that's productive, something you make, something you can do, perhaps earn a living from."
- Charles Leadbeater
"Our set of experiments in India showed that the remoter the primary school the worse its results seemed to be, and 69% of teachers in remote areas would prefer to work in modern urban schools so teacher motivation and teacher migration powerfully correlated with what was happening there, as opposed to whether the children have enough to eat and whether they are packed too tightly into classrooms. But Educational Technology is always piloted first in what are already the privileged urban schools with the best results, although the relative change it would make would be far greater with the underprivileged, not the other way about. So what was our conclusion? It was that primary education can happen on its own, or parts of it can happen on its own. It does not have to be imposed from the top downwards. It could perhaps be a self-organizing system. We found that 6 to 13 year-olds can self-instruct in a connected environment, and if they have access to a computer they will teach themselves. Our experiments proved conclusively that without any adult supervision even the remotest and poorest children can self-organize and attain an educational objective."
- Sugata Mitra
"Science tells us that you are in charge, that it's under your control, that your happiness, well-being, abilities and capacities are all capable of continuous modification, continuous improvement, and only you are responsible for this."
- Michael Merzenich

WARNING: NOW WE NEED TO BE PERMANENTLY VIGILANT!
Election 2010 winners have been inaugurated, but vigilance must be permanent. Manuel Manoy Alipon is desperately seeking ways to satisfy his foiled & failed ambition.
Manuel Manoy Alipon is sneakily now trying to get back the corrupt stranglehold on barangay Balibago that he had before Voter Power booted him out of City Hall.
Never allow him, his relatives or cronies to control Balibago or any other barangay of Sta. Rosa City.
Manuel Manoy Alipon has a long history of greed and corruption. His movements and activities need to be kept under observation, along with those of his cronies, spies and illegally armed gang. Report anything secretive or suspicious to the City Mayor of Sta. Rosa (Tel. 049 534 1059).
The "A+A Team" of Mayor Arlene and Vice Mayor Arnel won the election. Their fathers were both murdered by assassins allegedly hired by Manuel Manoy Alipon.
BE EXTRA VIGILANT! Notify the Sta. Rosa City Mayor, the police and the military if you see or hear about furtive skulking activities or secretive unlawful payments by Manuel Manoy Alipon, his family, or any of his relatives or cronies.
Voters make ARNEL GOMEZ our new honest younger City Vice Mayor in a spectacular backlash against Alipon's 3 years of graft, corruption and immorality.
Following church persuasion, to protect the innocent, including honest but misguided members
of his own family and honest but misled and exploited staff and supporters who were not involved with Manuel Manoy Alipon's scandalous corruptions and immoralities, CACOMA has released collected photographic and documentary evidence privately through its wide volunteer network instead of using public social network websites.
Collection of evidence is ongoing and is shared discreetly with honest voters in all 18 barangays. Relatives, cronies and spies of Alipon are known and excluded.
Below are some recent faces of Manuel Manoy Alipon. Under his facelift, dyed hair and cosmetics,
it's more than 30 years ago that he was a teenage schoolboy!

Join the popular backlash against corruption in Santa Rosa CIty and persuade friends and relatives to do the same. It's time for change and it's time for us local voters to wield our political power. Nobody has ever expressed it better than Cory Acquino when she advised:
"For us who are a people of faith, Christians and Muslims alike, it is a time to return to our true faith. True faith must be rooted in prayer, in our trust of a loving father, in loving sacrifice of self for the greater good of all. The problems of peace and poverty, social justice and good governance are concerns of everyone, and everyone must do his or her share."
ARNEL GOMEZ will work hard to bring us the desperately needed peace, prosperity, social justice and good governance that Alipon has robbed Santa Rosa City of
for the past 3 years,

Delayed returns often mean that corrupt officials are still holding out for the highest bribes. Alipon falsified results in 2007 by bribing election officials and buying votes. Don't allow him or his cronies or any of his unlawfully-armed City staff to tamper with Sta. Rosa's election results in 2010.
What the people want and voted for is an honest younger representative who honors the people who voted for him, respects the law, loves his wife and children, and dignifies the office of City Vice Mayor.
This is what ARNEL GOMEZ brings with his commitment to serve the interests of the good people of Santa Rosa.
"Never throw away your national pride for the sake of a local corrupt politician like Manuel Manoy Alipon who will always exploit your support for his personal benefit, not yours and not the public’s. His history of recorded greed, graft and corruption go back many years. Have you and your family ever received any benefit from supporting his false election promises to improve your lives? NO! Because he is a liar, thief, fraudster, plunderer and robber!"
- Volunteer campaigner in 2010 misled by lies of Manoy Alipon
"Kung walang corrupt, walang mahirap!"
- Noynoy Aquino
"Here at last is the person who was elected president by the biggest majority since the return of democracy in 1986 who humbly put himself below the true masters of this country, the sovereign people he called his boss. President Noynoy promised to lead by example. He expressed the words as if he has read our minds for he knew fully well that that is his call. He has sworn to serve and promised to lead, an invitation to all of us to help him carry the cross and share in the burden. The appeal is Kennedyesque in essence, a declaration of war on the odds we all need to face and to fight if we expect to see our dreams realized."
- Ramon Mayaga,
Philippine Daily Inquirer
"Kids already do a lot of learning from adults, and we have a lot to share. I think that adults should start learning from kids. For better or worse, we kids aren't hampered as much when it comes to thinking about reasons why not to do things. Kids can be full of inspiring aspirations and hopeful thinking, like my wish that no one went hungry. Sometimes a knowledge of history and the past failures of utopian ideals can be a burden. On the other hand, we kids still dream about perfection. And that's a good thing because in order to make anything a reality, you have to dream about it first. Now, adults seem to have a prevalently restrictive attitude towards kids from every "don't do that," "don't do this" in the school handbook, to restrictions on school internet use. As history points out, regimes become oppressive when they're fearful about keeping control."
- Adora Svitak
"Creativity now is as important in education as literacy, and we should treat it with the same status. Entrepreneurs are creative people who have ideas and passions or see these needs in the world and decide to stand up and do it. And I think if we could get kids to embrace the idea, at a young age, of being entrepreneurial, we could change everything in the world that is a problem today."
- Cameron Herold
"Be optimistic.
Spread the ideas.
Spread the light."
- Alex Tabarrok
